Kawa of care

This week we looked out the Kawa of Care.  We looked at a very boring Google slide with the rules on it.  We desided that we would turn this boring slide into a cool looking professional looking poster.

To do this we went to a site called, Canva.  Inside the Canva site we made posters using tempates.  We choose a good looking poster and put our own pictures and words into it.  Mr A is printing this out on A3 sized paper and we will put it on the wall.

This was a really fun task and it was easy to make a really professional looking poster.

My Favourite Place

 My favourite place is the blue spur mountain biking tracks. My favourite track is  B.A.F that is under stages drop which I love to ride to.  There is a track by my house that is called skyla  it has every think in it is has jumps, drops and more I can do all of it and you can go around it all if you want to. Do you like biking? have you done the track I have done?

Today  I had to write in code to  what my favourite beach is. It was head to figer out the code the learnt how to write in code have you ever tried writing in code it,s not easy hears a link on how to read code.

What I am doing in Te Reo

 To day I had to write what I am going to do in Te Reo it was not very hard to do because I am very good at Te Reo I would love to no if you have done this before and was it hard. 

 

Smart Media

 Today we had to do some tasks and then do a screen castify. My screen castify is on the titiles from the ones that were the lest interesting and the one that were most interesting. Have you done a this before and have you done a screen castify? Look down below to see my screen castify. 

Paper Helicopters

 Today we made paper

helicopters. We had lots fun it toke me 5 min. What you will need  is a strip of paper and a paper clip. First you have to fold the paper in half then put the paper clip on the bottom then fold the to top sides evenly. You can put stickers on it and then drop it from off a chair. I did this because it was a reading task from my teacher because it related with my reading.        

Micro Bits

 On Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday Mr kinane.  Came to teach us how to yous micro bits. On Monday we made the micro bits make shapes and on Tuesday we made the micro bits send messages  to each other and to see how many steps away we could go from each other my one made it 58 steps. On Wednesday we made a gate open by a click of a button we had to yous a crikit   to make it work my one did not work but the next time we did it I did get it going.
