What I am doing in Te Reo

 To day I had to write what I am going to do in Te Reo it was not very hard to do because I am very good at Te Reo I would love to no if you have done this before and was it hard. 

 

Smart Media

 Today we had to do some tasks and then do a screen castify. My screen castify is on the titiles from the ones that were the lest interesting and the one that were most interesting. Have you done a this before and have you done a screen castify? Look down below to see my screen castify. 

Paper Helicopters

 Today we made paper

helicopters. We had lots fun it toke me 5 min. What you will need  is a strip of paper and a paper clip. First you have to fold the paper in half then put the paper clip on the bottom then fold the to top sides evenly. You can put stickers on it and then drop it from off a chair. I did this because it was a reading task from my teacher because it related with my reading.        

Micro Bits

 On Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday Mr kinane.  Came to teach us how to yous micro bits. On Monday we made the micro bits make shapes and on Tuesday we made the micro bits send messages  to each other and to see how many steps away we could go from each other my one made it 58 steps. On Wednesday we made a gate open by a click of a button we had to yous a crikit   to make it work my one did not work but the next time we did it I did get it going.

Toe Toe Kites

 We have been making kites. To do it you have to go over the stick and under the side of the frame and then you go throe the gap in by twin back under the side of the frame and you just repeat it over and over again. It was very fun and I want to do it again mine is only half done I have 20 on so far. The kites are made of toe toe.  Have you done a kite before.     

Tyer Fun

 

Today at lunch time some of the kids in my class got in tyres and rolled down the hill. It looks very  pain- ful and run. The kids that did it were Oscar and Jack .T.  They of them are crazy ish. They are very wet.   

The Fun Time

 Today we go milo because when we got Mrs King we were so good.  This only the year fours I  the class because the year fives are on camp it was so fun because all of the crazy kids are all gone  but now they are back ): so the class is crazy again.   

    

Collage

This is my collage. To make it we had to get pictures and then you crop to cut things of the pictures and  put them together to make somethings like  this. It took me about 30 min. The arms are made of guns and the hands are gloves, the legs are robot legs the cap is a head that is attached to the shoulder- horns. The body is an chest of one of the bots off Castle in the Sky and the head is a gas mask.    
 

The Barrier Game

 Today we played a barrier game. We had partners and my partner was Haki. We had to instruct our partner. At the end we all had to make our own. I loved it and it was so much fun. Have you played the barrier game and did you like it. 

El Gregoe

Today we went to to the El Gregoe show. To learn abut being kind.  He made parrots come out of nowhere he had an assistant name Sue and some of us help to help him. the music was so good and he  had a bucket that was all whys filling up but it was only a bump that when he tipped it into the pot it went through a  tube and got burped up into the bucket. 

 

Bubble Animation

Today Piwkawawaka went into kotaku. Ben, Mateus and me all made an animation of were our partner wants to go to in a bubble. 

Notans

We are doing Notans at school at the moment for our calendar art. How we made our Notanes  we made a drawing  and then we cut them ou,t flip them over so they look like this. Have you made a Notan  before?.

 

Crawl Fish Creek

On Wednesday me and my class went to Crawl Fish Greek. For a water servery. We did water depth,water flow,water Temperature,water clarity,Invertebrate classification, Stream bed composition and Periphyton assessment. For water temperature at maker 1 it was 9.1,  at maker 2 it was 9.1 to, at maker  3 it was 9.3, at marker 4 we got 9.1, at marker, 5 we got 9.0, at marker 6 we got 9.1, at maker 7 we got 9.1, at marker 8 we got 9.1, at marker 9 we got 9.2, at maker 10 we got 9.5.    

 

Cross country

In cross country I came first.  It was so fun and muddy.   I so want to do it again, it was a hard course because the fort was slippery.  We ran it at school and I did 3 laps. The weather t was so cold, and when we finished it hailed hard. We do cross country every year and next year I can go to the West Coast cross country if I do well in my school event. I would love to represent my school. Do you do cross country? If you do where does your course go?

Science

Today me and Leon we stared with a spoon of Sodium Polyacrylate and then we put 33 spoons of water in it and  and the cup was fall then we added sodium and it changed in to liquid I had so much fun and we are doing this for a fun day.  They make baby nappies with this stuff and it will dissolve water.

Scratch

Mt George

Yesterday my family and Rennys family went up Mt George it took us about 44 min it was really muddy and the hardest part was going down. I got down very fast, at the top mum was so scared the hardest part on the way down was when there was a rope I got down it very fast. It was so fun and now my shoes are brown.Can you try to get up to the top.    

Pepeha
